skill level 3?
i was watching some skills and i saw the description goes till 3 past the mastery level.... how can u get to that?
i know +2 is with combat orders but the extra one is inner ability, pot or what?

empress set gives +2 and the hat can have +2 at higher tiers.
so in conclusion theres no way to get lets say 8leg to 33. weird cus if u go to the pirates 4th job skills u can see all of their skills go to mastery level +3..... and its only on pirates

No it is impossible to get over maxed of 32. But you can get +4 on a skill but the thing is that you cant have the skill at maxed.
I have a hat at that gives +2 all skills. This hat can give me max of 30. but with CO i can have 32. Co is the only possible way to get maxed of 32.
so if you want +4 or +5 or +6 you just need : Empress Set, and a hat that gives +2 skill, leafre set, and CO. This will give you +6.
but dont forget the max you can get on a skill is +2 of its original max, which are mostly 32 for most skills.

so, you can get max level + 3 extra mastery (Only passive skill)
