Umm from what i know Phantoms arent coming back to kms anytime soon and its a self effect is you steal hs its like a decent skill pretty much and it goes by ur job so if ur first job you can only take 1st job skills 2nd you can take 2nd and 1st etc so when ur 3rd job you can steal hs.

It effects the whole party and if you stole a maxed level hs but your talent of phantom thief is at 10 your hs will be lvl 10/20. If you would like maxed hs you would have to max out talent to raise it.

He did fell asleep, if he didn't it would of been a similar case to the Evan, he would of have to have been reborn.
The curse by the black mage did effect him and everyone on the crystal garden. I heard that Aria woke him up to save the maple world.
Phantom remembers that before he was a level200, and he complained that levelling was hard back then. I'm sure he did fell asleep from the curse.

And why aren't you answering questions in the thread that you opened @WindiaEvan?

Like you said we don't always spend time on basil 24/7 but people like me, @Skyenets, and @Rapptz do our best to help the community.

I answered these all while I'm at work right now and so does @Skyenets. And I'm sure @Rapptz does help when he gets free time too.

It would help of you put some effort into it and at least give some sort of answers on YOUR thread.

1H weapon the phantom has an offhand/shield slot his card deck or what ever it is called.

Canes are 1h weapons definitely, if you like someone made a video, scrolling the cane with a 1hand att scroll.
