How would one make the perfectly equipped character?
Let's say you have all perfectly scrolled and potted equips in every single slot (Rings, Pendants, Top / bottom / overall, hat, android, etc). What equips would be used for every slot to produce the perfect character?

There could be a limit that we can't see (10M -1 for example), but there's no way to tell without testing.
@WSbojer: Andriods don't give stats, so any one that is rank 5 or higher (for the heart) would work
For the shoulder, I believe it is a tinkerer's black shoulder, because it has the highest base stats and is the same potential ranking as emp and meister. You could argue that SW is better because it gives 1%stat more per line, but it starts with 0 attack.

This is especially incorrect because %total damage now appears in your range, instead of just going straight to your damage.
But yea, as this guy said, your range goes past 2m, it just shows that it caps at 2m. To calculate your range past 2m, you have to use something that does the same exact damage every time, such as a poison skill. (I dont think f/p poison counts because I believe it does show lines. For an example, Venom on shads and dbs works)

What would be the best shoulder, and is there a specific android that is better than others? Only things you left out, I believe.
ias far as i know.. full CRA. tyrant belt cape and boots. and full superior gollux set.

But the question was asking about perfect equips, which I interpret as having the highest stats possible (+10 to every relevant stat). If the equips have to be feasible then of course you wouldn't use chaos scrolls on a weapon.

The equips with the highest tier potential (%stat) and the most slots (to be scrolled for attack) and the weapon with the highest scrolled attack and enhancements.
wait for level 250 equip sets, 20+ attack scrolls, and stuff
A prime scrolled perfected maroon mop on a lv 30 beginner with all lv 30 9%+ str clothes (and 4% str nebs I suppose). Would never level past 30 <3
