Why are people recommending jetts, there's a reason why the jett population is like nothing now due to the crazy nerf that reduced the class itself to trash.

Bucc blast hits 10 mobs (12 if you count hyper) But it only does 4 hits (excluding hyper which makes it 5)

Based on the parties I've been in Murgoth pq with, zero beats every other class except maybe lumi in terms of clear speed.

Not sure what you mean by dps. In order for dps to be relevant there has to be high hp mobs. Otherwise clear speed > dps.

Lumis are the fastest if you can get the gear to fund them, but I suspect that most classes will be fine if you've got moderate funding (or none at all).

I like my w/a and my xenon they do nice dmg with low funding, and also phantom is pretty fun to play with decent dps now from cross surge.

It's hard to say exactly, because there are a lot of circumstances, but for example, Zero is number 1 in theoretical dps, and all of their skills hit multiple mobs. so I guess Zero in this totally biased unofficial opinion of me.

luminous, top level players, huge mobbing skills, super fast leveling

i think the lvl 250s are luminous because of how great the mobbing skills are.

so, there ya go.
