Scroll your weapon asap and you'll have the rest of the event to farm scrolls for post-event profiteering. Scroll your heart while your at it, or maybe some unique pot scroll mules as there's still time for that.

Assuming 10 slots for perfection, ya need an average of 25 trials as the scroll is 40% success rate.

Assuming 10k per leaf, use of protection scrolls and safety scrolls:
Money required = (25)(50+125+110)(100)(10k) =7.125bil

If you buy slate service instead of using using safety scrolls:
*Assuming slate service is 180m/slot, using Beran prices here.

Money required = (25)(50+125)(100)(10k) + 15slot(180m/slot) = 7.075b
