@star909: Yeah you're correct. The description on the potential line was changed to say (Minimum 5 sec) and my WH friend with a CD hat is only getting to 5s on his Jaguar skills. Kind of a bummer but I can just recube my bpot I guess =/

can confirm that cd reduction no longer works on skills below 5 sec cd.

@nitsua2789: @xreniya: hate to be the bearer of bad news (and to necro post), but supposedly this patch changed cd's so they cant be reduced lower than 5s. I wish I could get the source of where this was said/posted though.

@xreniya: Yep, I think 3s might be possible as well on main pot but idk. I know for sure 2s is.

@xreniya: I meant that the highest it goes is -1 on bpot.

@xreniya: Yes it has to be legendary, from what I heard it's a pretty rare line and you can only get lines of -1s on bpot

@nitsua2789: yo same
i got dAB, 9%int, and -1cd on mine

does bpot have to be legendary? and is it hard to get -1cd on bpot compared to main pot?

@ninjaoftennis: Yeah I got really lucky with my hats main pot, I wasn't even aiming for CD reduction but when I got it and thought about it for a second I realized it would be super useful

@nitsua2789: Hmmm, yeah I should have noted the return durations more but that makes it interesting then, I guess if you were really bad at placing down the fire you could put it everywhere then? lol

@star909: Return Fire Breath to set up the field for 30s, Return Swift to set up the 20% final damage buff for 60s (if you need it) and then spam whichever Mir skill has the most dps. It makes sense that using just 1 would be better than cycling because unless they all have identical dps then one has to be better than the others, and since the Return effects last for such a long time there's really no need to continually rotate if you can avoid it. The only reason people do it is because of the cooldowns.

@nitsua2789: I guess thats true but it seems like cycling through Mir's skills would be better for dpsing? and there's also the return skills.

@star909: Mir skills have an initial CD of 8s, each one has a hyper passive to reduce it to 6s, and each one lasts for a duration of 3 or 3.5s. Meaning if I have -3s CD, the CD will drop from 6s to 3s, matching the duration of the skill, thus 100% up time.

Jag Skills are a bit different in that they don't have a "duration" the same way Mir Skills do.

@nitsua2789: If it's like WH's jaguar you're either gonna have 1s cd always or 0.5s cd (I know you can't remove cd on WH jag completely). I think it would be 1s since Mir's skills have a 0.5s addition to some of them.

Odds are yes, CD reduction usually works on every skill that isn't a Hyper Skill, and it works for WH's Jaguar skills which are similar to Evan's Mir skills. Currently I'm actually trying to get 1s cd reduction on my hat's bpot so that I'll have a total of -3s, which would give me 100% up-time on any Mir skill.
