I bolded it so you wouldn't misinterpret what I'm saying.
whatever is not in KMS was not touched.
They didn't take out the requirement for all the items.
Also those items aren't from KMS, and Nexon just takes the data from KMS.
It did say in the patch notes that "MOST" items had their secondary stat requirements removed.
Stonetooths/Khanjars/Elemental Wands and Staffs don't exist in KMS.
Edit: It's sad if you can't scrap up ~100 secondary stat.
