What's the best Inner Ability stats one should aim for?
I got 50 circulators on hand (regular ones) so they [i]shouldn't[/i] be a problem.

Yes they can. I've gotten unique with them a number of times.
@Aaaayee: Well take away the 10 second duration of the hyper's 90 second cooldown, and you've got 80 seconds of cool down.
So you'd need 35 seconds to fill the gap between the 45 second duration of OParts and the 80 second cooldown of the hyper, which would be +77.77...% buff duration to extend OParts to 80 seconds.
To be honest, it's late, and I'm not thinking out half of what I'm saying *u*

I have Ooparts and 20 cells at all times, except with Ooparts expires.
Use regular buffs+energy buffs, emergency supply, unlimited supply, Ooparts.
I meant is there a way to get the cooldown on the hyper and enough buff duration for ooparts and the hyper to meet up somewhere?

@Aaaayee: It isn't like Final Cut where you just use it over and over, in this case you'd need 20 surpluse energy per OParts Code cast.
That being said, it takes 80 seconds to charge 20 surpluse energies, but you also get 10 surpluse energy from the recharge skill every 30 seconds, so that'd add up to 20 energies in 40 seconds (10 from 30 second CD skill and 10 from 40 seconds of manual charging, which overlap and mean 20 energies in 40 seconds). So if you have Oparts code, you actually already have unlimited OParts assuming it's lv 30 (45 second duration), since it only takes 40 seconds to fully charge 20 energy.
Of course you also need energy surpluses for buffs, but that's pretty much all there is to it concerning OParts code. +Buff% is just nice since unlimited OParts isn't realistic without buff%+ since energy is also used up in other buffs.

i got 5% boss damage so im happy with it
All Stats, +DEX/STR/LUK (The one that comes in sets of two), +Crit% (If you can get it), Skill Duration, etc.
All stat, boss, skill duration, skill cooldown duration.
Basically it, try to get it to Unique first though, I've gone through about 100 circulators, still Rare. >.<
I've opened 100+ And i got complete crap.
