Why did my brother go on my account to say this wth....... why didn't he log.

Commas normally occur in three places: between clauses, as a parenthetical phrase, and in a list of more than two items. A clause includes at least a subject and a verb. In a list, the comma occurs between each separated item in that list. A parenthetical phrase is a clause within a clause, not necessarily relevant to the sentence. They must have commas on either side of them. Read this post, which is written grammatically flawlessly, and try to identify why I've used commas in each situation! There is at least one example of each.
