Finding the roots of the equations Heyyyy guys I have a question. Alright so my teacher wants me to find the roots of an equation however it does not end up being a quadratic function. Atleast it seemingly doesn't. Can you please help me out with the following (4/3)(3x - 2) - 3/5(4x - 3) = (11/60) + 3x Alright so how can I find the roots? When the degree/exponent does not equal to 2? She also gave another question like this so i'm confused, please help, thanks :D.

How to make this sentence less awkward Hey guys so... I have an English Essay due soon and I can tell this sentence is sort of awkward. I am analyzing a line in a poem and if you need to know it says "You may trod me in the very dirt But still, like dust, I'll rise" I have a sentence before this and then i state "It also proves that the emotional tone is pride because she puts a lot of effort to not be disrespected which means she respects herself, therefore she must be prideful" I can tell it doesn't really flow..... any suggestions? :P Thanks soldiers
What would you do if your son/daughter Okay what would you if your son/daughter (when he/she is 6 years old) threatens to run away if you don't do something for her or like you're not allowing her to do something. I am asking because my little sister does this and it pisses me off so much. If my son/daughter did that I would tell him/her that I agree, tell them to gteffo and not come back. She also says stuff like "I will beat you up," when she knows that she can't. Talks too much crap for a six year old lol. Edit: No she actually does it, she goes outside for a while and doesn't come back unless dad tells her too.

Can you beat your little sister up? Well today, I found out that a few people I know can get beaten up by their little sisters in fights. Most of the men I know don't and can flick their little sisters and to them it feels like the al mighty god had cast judgement on them. Well to be honest I found it very surprising and wondered how common it is. So I come to you, can you guys beat up your little sister? and can any of you girls able to beat up your bigger brother. If so please say if you take any martial arts, age difference,etc. and more details. Also say if your an older sister and are able to beat your younger brother and same specific details as above please. Thanks.

I personally lost all my English notes/papers because I didn't care for it since we were starting a new semester. Then as soon as I heard about the Literacy Test I was like ''damn, should have kept the English notes!@#!@#!,'' so do you know what I have to know and what I should focus on?
