What would you do if your son/daughter
Okay what would you if your son/daughter (when he/she is 6 years old) threatens to run away if you don't do something for her or like you're not allowing her to do something. I am asking because my little sister does this and it pisses me off so much. If my son/daughter did that I would tell him/her that I agree, tell them to gteffo and not come back. She also says stuff like "I will beat you up," when she knows that she can't. Talks too much crap for a six year old lol.
Edit: No she actually does it, she goes outside for a while and doesn't come back unless dad tells her too.

Stand my ground and not give her what she wants.. if I give her what she wants she will grow up like I did, spoiled. I wouldn't let her go outside the house to run away either. She can cry all she wants.
I would let them "run away". Before you know it, they'll be crawling back for noms and hugs.
Overload them with questions.
How are you going to get:
-food
-money
-clothes
-toys
-hot water
-a computer
etc, etc.
Feed her less sugar.
OT: If my kids do that, I would take her out for icecream and then talk to her about it, like two adults. Because when I was around that age, I wanted to be treated like one too, and I wanted to live my life the way I like.
My mom and I rarely talk about stuff without turning it into an arguement, and I pretty much vowed to become a better mom than she is.
take him/her to his/her room, take a suitcase and start packing clothes. then i'll ask do you need money for a bus ride or will you be walking?
Fix her or she'll become trash.
^Ur mom is a true boss...... I tell my mom to do that and she doesn't -.- so annoying.....
I'd ignore him/her if they try to get my attention by breaking stuff or making noises I'll ask him/her to get me a switch.
Explain why you're saying no to her request so she doesn't feel like you're being irrational. The kid should know why certain decisions are made
that normal when i was kid , when i be mad i get out of house and tell my family i will never back just ignore her

Beat them badly and lock them into attic for 20 years.
make her know her place
