Would you buy an offline verison of MapleStory?

*I do not if I should post this in general or chat section. My apology in advance if I posted it in wrong section.*

Would you buy an offline verison of MapleStory? (it could be eaither pre-Big Bang or post Big Bang)
the game will have nothing to do with online stuff, you play it completely by yourself. For party members in the offline verison, maybe they can develop a system where you create more than one character with different jobs and level all of them at the same time. You can fully control one character while the rest of party members are controlled by computer during fights. (similiar to Final Fantasy system)

do you think thats convenient enough for you to buy and for nexon to release?

In my opinion, I will definitely buy the offline game. Current Maplestory is confusing with all these new jobs and I think it will die soon. Also, as a college student with busy schedule, the offline verison of MapleStory will be perfect fit for me. I can access the game without worrying about online players and how to forum a party.
I would like MapleStory to be a one-time fee Pay to Play game where all the glitches and bugs are fixed and all items accessible without NX. My god that would be amazing... my favorite game of all time in all it's glory, without a company holding the game back from it's true potential. Also, the DLC could be new classes which you need a one time payment to unlock, this way Nexon would still make money off the game.
The DLC Idea is great! that could be one of the features they could add.

GMS has been running for 8 years and has no signs of slowing down. If you think people are playing less and less, check out the people complaining about this past weekend's lag issues caused by so many players on at once (Bera's population indicator was almost completely full in each channel).

@Amounts: @sofy: @betaboi101: @drager260: yes the community is the main reason for the success of MapleStory online. However, I get this feeling from your comments that you guys think offline mode will replace online mode. The offline mode will be another game of MapleStory just like the Facebook game but bigger and even better. The offline mode can be an older verison of MapleStory (pre-BB) so that both online and offline games run successfully with it own players.

They could include features that support the offline mode (like the suggested character creation in thread) and other things to make it ineresting.

Totally, I'm starting to get sick of maple's community and all these ksers, damage wh0res, hene h0es, etc. Playing alone sounds pretty fun to me.

Not necessarily sure if I'd buy an Offline version, but maybe I'd buy a switch to turn be able to turn it offline/online.

The hand is an mmorpg, there would be no point to it if it was offline. I like communicating with people, merchanting, competing and stuff like that.

There would be no point in an offline version. Without social interaction, maplestory is pretty much nothing.
no, i play because of my friends and you'd miss out on random smega wars, those always make me laugh
haha i love those random wars. Its just that the offline verison could be a solution for nexon when they are about to shut down MapleStory. or at least release very older verison of ms (pre-BB) and continue running the current online verison.

Yea, I play this because it's F2P even though i still buy NX from time to time (From a store)
Honestly it gets pretty lonely as is without a guild/big BL and I wouldn't have played this near as long without other people

No thanks, I wouldn't be playing this game if it was single-player to begin with.
No because it would be too lonely. Besides, it would probably cost like $100.
Yeah it will be little bit lonely, but with the characters system it can be fun. Just like some offline PS3/xbox games
