Love hate relationship

I'm kinda dumbfounded.

You guys hate Nexon. They have too much downtime, too much bugs, not enough customer support, and its pay to win!
They give out free perm nx items. Nexon gets a clean slate. "HEY GUYS GET OFF NEXON, THEY'RE TRYING THEIR BEST."
My ticket has been a "work in progress" for like 2 almost 3 months. Trying their best? hmmm

Well, I never said that your ticket wasn't important because you didn't spend enough NX.
I'm just saying that there are more important tickets, and look at the other people who have tickets that have been open
for more than 2-3+ months.

They've never wronged me in my books. I've never been banned, didn't have bugs other than Tot (I can live with that for now), and I don't care enough about damage to spend money on this game.

I did, however, spent money on outfits that only lasted 90 days. So yes, I really like this event.

AND TWO OF THOSE THINGS ARE CONTROLLED BY NEXON KOREA!, who would've thought

OT: You should only blame nexon america for the stuff their able to control: outside of customer support, bannings, marketing, and translation (and maybe 1 or 2 other things) EVERYTHING is on nexon korea's shoulders (i've said this multiple times but people repeat the same things)

You're stupid if you think all of nexon works at the ticket system. Its divided, like one part for programming, one for tickets, one for updating website and many other things. Your statement of how nexon is giving out free items is invalid because that part is a part of the ticket system.
