I would just obtain all of them with Mercedes being the first - It is hard to determine which ones are worth getting as it depends which character you're maining. For example, Kaiser is a must for Demon Avenger, but isn't necessary for any other classes (but a bonus). With having all of them, makes it easier pick and choose.
In order Mercedes, Demon avenger, Kanna, Xenon, Demon Slayer, Luminous, Phantom, beast tamer (if they ever release again), Hayato, Cannoneer, zero (if they ever release again)
best to get them all to 120.
I prioritize merc first for faster training on the others.
top 3 is demon avenger, kanna and xenon
getting mercedes to lv 70 at least is recommended to give 10% exp to everything.
Mercedes and Zero are nice to have too if you train.
