Does happiness exist anymore
I swear I haven't been happy in forever. I get happy for a brief period of time but nowadays the happiness feels kind of empty and doesn't last long at all. I feel like life is so tragic. 90% of the time I'm anxious, envious, scared, sad, or feeling bad about myself. I wasn't like this a while ago, at least I think. Maybe cause I was younger. I'm really feeling down lately and there are rarely ups. And the reasons for feeling down change often, although there is one constant contributor. I don't get it.

I feel like this is some sort of code for "do lots of different drugs at once"
Yeah it exists, its just that it doesn't just get handed to you, many people need to work to get what they want to make themselves happy
For example I work a full time factory job and used to work a lot of overtime, now im pretty happy because im finally ahead after sometimes thinking I eill be ahead and other times being broke for months
So I got my braces on the 11th, bought some things, still have like $800 or so in the bank and getting ahead more each week, so im pretty happy except for when im getting yelled at over some BS at work, and allowing myself to relax and get drunk once a week fixes that
Hanging out with friends will always help. Banters with friends and listening to music always brighten my day up. Besides that, taking a rest from an academically competitive high school life is always a relief anyways.
just start doing activities you love maybe go outside now and then on a sunny day or take a hike, its pretty peaceful and it helps you feel at ease, try not to feel sorry for yourself but rather think about what you're going to do from this point on and you'll feel better before you know it
keep walking, light at end of the tunnel.
happiness most definitely still exists, but could be you're not looking in the right places. if there's one constant contributor for feeling down, then it could be a start to identify and eliminate that feeling (by distraction, replacement)
i'm sorry you're so down - things will most definitely get better. chin up :>
Yes if you are me
You just broke up lol.
You'll get more normal in time.
life is a garden
dig it

I have immersed myself in the feelings the entire time, let me tell you I've been seeing a very dark side of myself lately.
Maybe it's because you haven't really found your passion. The world can be confusing, overwhelming, and/or insignificant without something to hold onto. There are many ppl out there that live their lives everyday without a passion.
The only thing that will make you happy is being happy with who you are, and not who people think you are.
workout a bunch to some hardcore music, u'll feel better about urself.
You're probably a 'lil depressed. That's okay.
Just don't forget that it's only temporary and that you'll one day be happy. The darkness lasts only briefly
inb4 i go to bed
Stay away from sad things.
@zetradedd: Haha np, I really have trouble finding happiness, I barely have anyone to talk to.. o.o

That's probably because you don't listen to thrash metal.
