It's dropped by Cygnus and can also be obtained from the marvel machine. The reason it's so expensive is because Phantom is a new class and those canes are in extremely high demand. Not to mention Cygnus is extremely hard to kill and any weapon dropped by her is worth quite a bit.

Empress drops the cane. A few of my friends have gotten it from Empress runs.

empress is obviously not a commonly killable boss, and theyve nerfed the amount of times you can empress to 3x a week(or so I've been told)
Phantom is the newest class, and is of the most populated classes(thieves)
so the supply is WAY lower than the demand, hence the higher price

But yeah it's only from Marvel Machine.

It drops from Empress as well, same drop rate as any other weapons too.

Empress does drop it, but nobody can easily kill empress, you need a party of at least 10 godly people, and it's hard finding a party of that many people who can hit max damage, or close to it every single hit. You can also get it from the marvel machine, but the chance is low, and the demand is quite high, leading to the high price.

Maybe you should take you're own advice? He said [b]cane[/b] no cape... And yes they are only obtainable from the Marvel Machine. And empress does drop the actual thief cape.
