How do you kill bishops?
Every time I try to kill one, they activate holy shell, then wait until the DoT ends to heal. There's got to be a better strategy than running away and casting Flame gear >.<

Play a battle mage >.<
I use Infinity and Blizzard. Works miracles on any class... or as an alternative, I use Elquines. All summons deal massive damage since they ignore all buffs.
Become a Battle Mage.
@shaftkid2: My ifrit is only level 1. Teleporting in the range of any bishop relevant to this thread = Bahamut + [Attack skill] death.
Maybe hop around til the shell ends then use Meteor. I love Meteor.
honestly, any f/p, bam/ or phantom should be able to scare away a bishop.
DoT is our worst enemy, as heal and holy magic shield have quite noticeable cooldowns
any of your skills that can stun us, will finish us off, or any long range skills[our skills have notoriously sucky ranges and bahamut is just as bad] so if you can attack from afar, you should be good.

Any summon go straight through any buff, making them really effective at killing bishops. I personally take it as a challenge and I chase after any bishop that spawn on the map I am. I LOVE IT to kill a bishy <3
