Open Job Registration Mastery Books If I change my job will I have to buy new mastery books for all my skills?

You know theres something wrong with Maplestory when ...you see people posting on forums in Basil that they got to level 80-120 the same day that demon slayers came out. I mean seriously Maplestory has to be pretty Effed up that its possible to get to such a high level in less than a day.
Etiquette on adding buddies? So I don't do this very often but today I walked up to someone who I had seen a couple times before but never really talked to, and chatted him. I told him he looked really cool and I asked if it was okay if I added him on my buddy list. He responded by saying, "I only add people I care about" and then left. I whispered him and said, "I'm sorry for wasting your time" He said "idc, thanks for apologizing" Was I in the wrong by complimenting him and asking him to be my buddy? Or was he being a jerk? I'd just like to get everyone's opinions on adding buddies.

Whats the point in Meteor Shower? Meteor Shower does 1500% every 30 seconds. Mist Explosion does 2500% roughly every 10 seconds. what the f**k is nexon thinking....? </3
