That's because the only choice you have at the beginning is choosing a face paint for ds and eyes for mercedes, you can always change the face/hair with nx anyways.

No, it means that you can only wear one of the [b]same[/b] equips. Like if you wear the angelic blessing ring, you can only wear one of them and not multiple.

you get it at level 50, it levels as you can see, it levels 3 times i think.
the other event ring is better.
3 all stats 1 atk with 2 precursers,
when lvl 100+ +3 all stats
when lvl 120+ 5% crit
