Nut Coins - What to Get First, a reminder - the nut case event ends today, so I would assume after today you are no longer able to spend your coins, so be sure to use them if you want anything! Anyways, the economy has changed so much since I've played; are there types of items from the nut coin shop that tend to be must haves or better than others investment-wise, or should I just use my 134 coins to get what I want for my class (DB)? Most Annoying Maps amp Monsters Being around level 100, I've been doing a lot of the quests in NLC. I find most of the maps there especially obnoxious, particularly the wolf spiders and the gryphons. As for monsters, those mighty maple eaters drive me insane. What ones do you find most annoying?
Maply Parodies One thing I love about following quest lines in Maple are the parodies of both fictional and non-fictional characters from other mediums. For instance, it seems to me that the student teacher in Friendstory was based off of Twilight. And Robby Fray, the chef in the now-defunct Kerning Square, was based off of chef Bobby Ray. What ones have you noticed? *shoot, title should have said "Maple"
Lunar Dew Support Thread If anyone else is trying to get these (I suspect I'm probably the only one bothering) come here to gripe or share when you finally get one! I'm using a 2xp Coupon now, been at it for awhile and no luck yet. I'm sure most people would just skip the quest but I'm a completionist, so.... At least I'm getting tons of nut cases.
Mastery Books I've returned to Maple after a long hiatus and I've never used mastery books. I understand that DB's need them, and I'm assuming that my not having them is why I have extra SP that I can't spend. My understanding was that you could get these books through the cash shop (thought I can't find them there) the Free Market, or events. Though I thought I read somewhere you could purchase them from a merchant, but I'm not sure who. I'm also never sure if the information I'm reading is outdated or not. And I also assume Master Books never drop from monsters? Thanks for any help, I'm overwhelmed here trying to catch up with all the changes.
Not Losing Exp when killed? I'm trying to remain under a level to complete a quest, so I figured I'd just go off myself a few times, yet when I did I don't lose any exp. I removed all the equips I could, except for that shield thing which won't come off. Is there some event going on right now that prevents you from losing EXP when you die? Or is it part of the Demon Slayer character? Or maybe you don't even lose EXP anymore, with all the changes that have been made recently.
Nap Time For Calico How do I complete this quest? I talked to Bane who said something about dumping cold water on him. When I get to Calico, it says to "click" and when I do it just brings up the normal dialogue box where I click on the quest title and all he says is "zzzzzz" and nothing happens. I don't see any water or anything in my inventory. Bane won't talk to me either.
Orbis PQ - Diary Sheets amp Finding Members For the Orbis PQ, are the diary sheets for the quest still dropped by the cellions? I can't find a clear answer about it. I've been able to do the quest once, and killed several but got no sheets. Are they just relatively rare? I also can't find anyone around to do this quest with. Has anyone had better luck at a certain time of day? I thought I read that PQ experience was supposed to be improved with Jump, but now that I've read about this EXP drop, I'm not so sure. Also, if anyone on here is also looking to the do the quest, whisp Devildread in Nova.
Quest Level Limits After Big Bang I'm one of those people who like to do all the quests...I've noticed that since Big Bang, there seems be much less in the way of quests being capped at a certain level. Were the caps mostly done away with? I can't find a comprehensive list of level-limited quests that has been updated for Big Bang.
Equipment for low-luk I'm looking for some equip recommendations for a low-luk battle mage. I haven't had much luck finding a guide that addresses this yet. Currently, I'm level 45 and have: 34 luk (36 with current equips) 193 int (197 with current equips) My current equips are pretty pathetic. Right now I have: Green Jester Mushroom Kingdom Guardian medal Red Doroness robe Old Wooden Staff Star earrings Mushking leather glove Lvl 3 evolving ring Blue sneakers I'm not funded, but I am interested in hearing all suggestions. It's not impossible to make a decent amount of mesos. I'm also not sure where I'm going to cap luk - I've heard some go as low as 25, some as high as 50. Maybe around 35? Thanks for any help.
Finding the right people? The new quest with Big Bang - there are several towns within my level. Is there any benefit to selecting one over the other? I can't find any information about this quest. Thanks. =)
Very newbish question regarding Save SP skill I've been experimenting with all the types of characters before the Big Bang happens, so I'm using a lot of guides for the classes I'm not familiar with. Right now, I'm playing a dual blade, and I'm following the guides on this site. Starting at level 14, both guides say to add points into "save sp" but I do not have that option. I know that for some skills you need to buy books in the cash shop; I didn't see any mastery book that seemed to relate to this skill. I'm not even sure if that's what mastery books do, anyways. As I said, I'm totally new to this class. So what am I doing wrong? I'm in the second tab for skills, and I was able to add all the Double Stab skills in fine. Right n

Do Olivia dolls carry over to the next year? Seeing as I only have 1 doll so far thanks to scammers, I don't think I have much of a chance of getting 20 before the pq ends. If I keep the doll I have now, will it be usable next year? If the dolls from last year were usable this year then I imagine they would be, but I haven't' seen anyone mention that. I also know that there's no guarantee the pq will be offered or that the chair will be a reward, especially with the Big Bang, but I do really like it so I hope I can get it somehow. To my knowledge, they're not tradeable but I don't the mesos to buy one anyways.
Question about mules Are mules legal within the rules of the game? I can't think of anything specifically that prohibits them, and people seem to talk about them pretty freely, but I'm quite sure I've also heard people say they've been banned because of them. Because I'm a quester, I have a lot of useless trinkets to store until I can use them so a mule would really come in handy. But I certainly wouldn't want to get banned over it. Or do people just make another character and level it up a bit, while pretending its a normal character but using it for storage? If I don't have to waste time leveling a mule that would be preferred... Thanks.
General Question About Medals I started playing again about two weeks ago after over a year break. So I missed it when the medals came out. I've earned a few, and seen plenty of lists on how to get them, but what are you supposed to do with them in your inventory? I know you can click on them to change the title under your name, but if I go on to earn, say, 15 medals, I don't want all of those taking up inventory space. But I do want to keep the titles, because I've earned them. So what are you supposed to do with these medals? I suppose you could put them on a mule, but it seems to me there should be some type of unlimited storage space for them, kind of like the quest box, that shows all the quests you have completed.
