their driving skill is actually good, the reason why they look bad is because they tend to break the law/rules whenever possible. (EG, even though it's red light, if they see no cars, they just go anyway)

It's quite easy. Arkarium has a total of 4 "ohko" moves before he unleashes his "full power."(You can count them by looking at the poles in the background. The orbs at the top shatter when he uses a OHKO move) Total of 4 = an approximate time of 1 every 1/4th of his HP bar. If you bind him and in that time frame kick him to 1/2 hp left, he'll do two of them relatively close to one another. Once he reaches his "full power" (Approx. 1/4th Hp remaining), he does it in 30 second intervals.
I just take the attack with a potion pot and not die
Wondering what the trigger is for that attack as well. Perhaps it's time based?
If you're a Bucc you can iframe it with Somersault Kick
I've been fighting Noble Mind Arkarium on my TB a lot.
I remember arking once and having my avoid rate block it like 7 times, but the mofo just kept spamming it! In kms though, ark may be different.
It's an aoe not a full map.
It works like this.
When arkarium does the ohko attack there is a little space on the left side where the attack doesn't reach the screen.
This causes them do avoid being hit by that attack.
