Miracle Time Cubing Method

As some of you may be aware, there is a miracle time on July 12th. For those who don't, surprise!

I have 60k NX for cubes, and with the discounted items, I wanted to know the best course of action for cube spending to get what I'm looking for.
I have a dragon khanjar that I'm cubing from epic, and my explorer emblem that I'm cubing from unique. The end goal is to have them both legendary with good potential.
One thing to note, I also have enough materials to make myself 15 meister cubes to accompany the other cubes.
How should I buy my cube packs to maximize my chances of getting what I'm looking for?
I was thinking either 22 black cubes and 22 red cubes, or just straight 33 black cubes. I wanted to seek recommendations from people who have actually cubed more than I have...

I used a pack of eleven black cubes when there was no Miracle Time, and I got my Shark Tooth Skipper Gloves from Epic to Unique within seven of those cubes.
So I'd go with black to tier up, and then red to get a potential you'd like to save money.

Buy black cubes until both are legendary then use red cubes. Don't spend everything in one shot, you might end up with too many black or red cubes
Black for tier ups. Red for stats.
I always use red cubes to tier up. I've found them to quite amazing whereas black cubes have treated me poorly.
DMT I tiered up like 8 items from unique to legend with 100k nx. Again my experience.
Nexon really know how to drain every single penny out of people.
I did well over 100+ red cubes on a miracle time and the best I got was 1 tier up and 30% on one item. Everything else was pretty much junk ;/
Ive heard red is better and Ive heard black is better. Honestly who knows...

I thought people were saying black was much better for tier up rates?
Generally I do black to tier up, red to get the stats I want. Since you're only cubing a few items, buy them one pack at a time, so you don't end up with too much of the wrong type.
