I used to do Star Planet; used to cap the daily limit; then just finishing the daily goals (10 games) to none at all. It's just too damn tedious now (esp with the changes to reward point to gameplay time ratio)
With bossing you can accumulate some reward points AND get drops ooooooo efficient use of time

I think that's since the FirePower patch, but whether the 2x drop effect is still there, we do not know for sure, the icon is there after the familiar is out even when it recast its buff. But it's true the buff gets removed before by a familiar.

I recommend not to use a familiar in combination with a drop coupon even if it doesn't get rid off the 2x drop buff icon untill it's confirmed it actually works. Someone should ask on Nexon forum and let a GM confirm whether it stacks or not.

OT: I rarely collect Reward Points, but when I do it, I will just kill bosses. The only time I did Starplanet every day was in the month June this year to get an hour 2x EXP coupon. I finished the daily quests there before I left. After that untill now I haven't really farmed Reward Points. You won't see me much in Starplanet, especially with the changes. I might go there to play some games for the fun, but certainly not to farm points.

Bossing only to farm reward points.

Star Planet if I need to squeeze a little bit more RP to make a purchase.

@xkillo32: Every time I've used a consumable 2x with a familiar the familiar buff has overridden it, and I've tried this on multiple occasions over the years. Unless the 2x drop buff being removed entirely is just an aesthetic bug.

I get em everyday too even in normal days

Cubes drop usually every day for me, mostly during madman ranmaru, hard hilla, and normal von leon w/ just spider familiar

Yep prob that's y 1 cube even on 4x drop I get 3-5 cubes on 4x plus 20% drop ring always get a cube from empress like this

Funfact: Familiar buffs override 2x drop rate buffs (the consumable ones, not the cash shop ones). I've learned that the hard way multiple times.

Kill every boss solo style perm hyper tell rock for cubes and sudden that gives 500 reward pts

@lynerus: daaang.... it is really rare. i think out of all 2 days we had 2x last weekend, after doing all my dailies, i only got one cube

@gerbilsquid: Ive been on like 2-3 times during x2 with my drop rate buff +spider + x2 drop from event on and still not got one... i did get a fragment tho!

cube drops are super rare. i usually only get them on 2x when i use another 2x drop coupon at the same time

A little bit of both, though I don't really farm, just casually get points wherever. I just made sure to have enough for monthly pendant slot and the rest is just extra.

@yuzesun: i haven't done it since the summer time but the last time i tried it only worked when there's 4 people

Bosses are meant to drop cubes now right? cause ive never seen one dropped yet

I don't do star planet but i may try it sometime if im bored

i only get it from bossing. i don't do star planet, and the only game i do play is the star step but nobody ever plays that and i don't think you get RP from it

I usually just do the daily bossing, though I haven't done so for a few weeks since I'm back at school now.

Playing few games of the legends return

Bossing, though I heard with Star Planet you can get more. Going to try Star Planet when I have the time.

Get my strong friends to kill every single boss for me while I leech is pretty fun.
