Do I have the right too sue these people?

*Disclaimer I know nothing about the legal system

So long story, someone related to my dad side recently passed away months ago and in his apparent will that I have read in person, I was left with alot of month for my education, and other things.

now im at that time where i need to buy a bunch of new things to help me get through college and money is tight for a middle class family and for someone like me that doesnt support income.but we can manage even with credit debt and needs.and the money give me in the will can really help in the long run!

problem is my "second grandpa" appose care taker / "second wife" would cough up the money and everything else left that was spread out in the will, even my cousin would my gradad left a piano didnt even that, apparently she gotten most of everything he owned, but is know-ed to be the greedest person, I could even tell her fake emotions on his funeral and now she just sitting somewhere in the states(I live in canada ) counting the money, it has been 5 months from know and nothing.

Don't go to college, it'll be a waste of money in your case

ah that happened to me also when my grandpa passed away. a lady i didn't know claimed to be his second wife. The fact that it has your full name in the will is already enough to talk to a lawyer about that.

So your inheritance isn't directed towards you, but to your grandfathers wife who can control of what can be given out. She has full control of what to do with the belongings and basically all you can do is plea with her. If she doesn't give anything to the grandchildren, then you cannot do anything about that.

Aight brah, I am pretty sure everyone has their own version of your story because of that grammar. And through years of experience with dramas and movies + catching a few words here and there in your story such as "sue", "passed away", "credit card debt", "money", "funeral" and "fake emotions", I, too, have my own version of your story.

So it was a rainy and gloomy afternoon. A crowd in black, gathered around a tombstone at a local cemetery. You, the main character, were standing all the way in the front, mourning with the rest. As you stood there, you thought about all the unforgettable times you had with that someone related to your dad's side, while wiping away the water from the rain that was pouring down your face. Apparently your did not bring an umbrella.

You, being the main character, took a good look around at all the people who had took their time to make it to the scene. "I'll remember you guys well", you though to yourself as you nodded your head looking at the crowd. You were just about to turn your head back to that someone related to your dad's side's tombstone when someone caught your eye. It was your second grandpa's second wife. She stood there mourning with the rest, but she couldn't fool you. It was obvious that she was faking her emotions. You took a beginner acting course in college and it was the same exact facial expression you had seen in the mirror when you were practicing for your group play. As you stared at her, your anger rose. Your eyes were burning, from all the rain water going into your eyes. You, the main character, were angry that such a person is part of someone related to your dad's side's funeral.

A week later, you get a phone call. You were notified you were entitled to a share of someone related to your dad's side's inheritance. "I don't need it!", you exclaimed on the phone. "Although I may have a low income, I am able to meet my needs through multiple strategies, one of them including the credit card debt strategy! But since that is someone related to my dad's side's will, I will have no choice but to accept it with a gratitude!" With that said, you hung up.

Over the next couple of weeks, you, the main character, gave yourself an image change. From new clothes to a new hairstyle to new shoes. You deleted your Facebook; it was a waste of time. You started looking for a new car. You called up the college where your crush was attending and asked how much money would they need in order to accept a high school drop out who received an F in English class.

Without realizing it, 3 months had passed since that phone call. You still hadn't received any news about your share inheritance. No problem. You didn't need it anyway. You could live without it. Another 2 months passed and you, the main character, had just missed out an entire semester at the main actress's college and still no news about the inheritance. You decided to look into it. Calling up multiple lawyers and telling them about your situation, you found out that your second grandpa's second wife is the antagonist. Apparently she is trying to take over the inheritance of someone that is related to your dad's side. If it was anyone else, you would not even care, since you did not need it anyway. But the image of that fake emotion from 5 months ago still burns in your head till this day. You, the main character, cannot let the antagonist get away and be happy with this. The main actress is waiting for you.

You can't do anything about it. MY grandpa left all right to my dad and he(grandpa) sits in a retirement home until he dies. WE visit him and take him out though. My friend grandpa got all his assets taken b.c he suffers from dementia and his brother took everything from him by getting him to sign papers stating he wasn't fit to make decisions anymore. Dude took his house not to mention his veterans benefits.

even though i understood what you were trying to say, please just please fix that grammar. </3 </3
to answer your question, you should really take this to a lawyer. based on what i know, a person's last will is only official when it has signatures from people who were present at the time when it was written as well as a lawyer's signature.
