As mentioned in KMS it is 55mil per enhancement. The chart on southperry is KMST rates and is off by 10 (as the test server obviously has less mesos than the actual one). Tyrants can boom from the 9th star on.
I see tyrant gear getting very very expensive this week

Who knows how GMS will implement it, wait and see i guess but expect bugs/glitches/servers to go down.... the usual after a big patch
It was 5m per in KMST, 55m in the official servers.
5.5m for the first enhancement and increases per star by about 30-70k i think.
