I don't think any of us have a chance to compete against him...[/quote] No idea who that is but I have friends who hit cap damage and then some so your friend there isn't the strongest I'm afraid and nor are my friends because of the limit of what classes can hit and only so much over the cap will happen.
Max damage per line?
Phantom+BM platter, Bowmaster, Mercedes, Wild Hunter, Shadower+Flip The Coin+Midnight Carnival, and Kaiser with their therotical 4x hits per sec.
I stumbled upon some thread(maybe it was southperry) that had up-to-date frame data that contained the info that can answer this question. Unfortunately I can't remember how to find it again and searching up "maplestory hits-per-second" doesn't immediately bring up anything relevant and I don't feel like digging.

We only do 100mils, he has a ton of Epic adventurers, thus the higher numbers.
On Assassinate we do 120 mils, but everything else is capped at 100. ^^

Beginner with ryude
Kaiser + Ryudes sword, NW, WH, Shadower +Midnight Carnival, Mesos explosion
most likey wh,nw and merc
shadower is exception since its almost impossible for shadower to hit max with MC/ME
Wild Hunter, Kaiser, Night Walker, Bowmaster.
I'm going to exclude Shadower since they have a different cap and therefore can't compare directly to other classes.
Bowmaster for its consistent output.
Shadower w/ Meso Explosion hypers like above said.
Edit: WHs might actually be just as good if not better.
I believe the answer is Shadower. However, it takes quite an amazing amount of funding to hit the maximum amount of damage on Midnight Carnival and Mesos Explosion.
Top 3 will most likely be Mercedes, Night Walker, and the recently revamped Wild Hunter.
