Only helps with training skills. Doesn't help with anything else.

I had that. Rerolled. Now running the 50%buff duration.
Doesn't affect any of the main 1v1 dps skills Phants use (RF, Mille, Arrow Platter) but it affects stuff like Penombre or Canoon Bazooka.
I'm personally aiming for 50% buff duration for convenience and then maybe a crit line if I'm lucky.
doesn't work with milles nor rapid fire, I don't know about with arrow blaster though, it will however cast your skills faster and probably work with some skills with less dps but good for training for example, the bazooka from cannoneer, anyways in a few months every class will cast the skills faster than never, so up to you, wait for a few more answers.
