I don't think "bowlegged" is what you were going for, but I do know what you mean. The crop and the presence of the robe thing, coupled with the skirt's length make for some awkwardness in the legs. The figure itself was drawn right, but those factors really messed up its presentation. I probably would've put more consideration into it if it wasn't such a dashed off drawing.
