where to redeem 5k code
sooo i just got my 5k code and it says invalid code when i enter it? am i doing something wrong? i copied the code exactly like it is in the email and put it in to the redeem section but i get "this code is invalid"

both official it seems, when you click on any link on the website with the extra dot you go to the website without the dot. though that doesnt explain why you are logged in in one, and not the other
As a matter of fact now that I think of it, if they already had these codes what's the point in hacking you...
I'm pretty sure if some hacker wanted to hack you they would of done it without the use of a code. They would already have your information if they had access to these codes. Plus its just a code its not like you are downloading anything...

it's not a scam. I have gotten plenty of codes from that email address and I have used those codes.I have not gotten hacked/scammed yet. It's safe to say that that email address if from Nexon itself.
u need to put with the email u got the code and put it in the karma koin cards i just got in a mule but not in my main i guess ill gift my main something...

its from email not an actual card, and i tried typing it along with copy paste T_T y u haz 2 be nexon
its in nexon.net but i hear that we can get hacked if we log in nexon.net

(you probably mixing up numbers/letters) Sometimes 8 looks like B, D looks like 0 or O and 1 may look like I,
If you got it from a card, then make sure you scratch out everything to see the code
make sure nothing is missing cause they is 3 000 instead 2 00 or some letter 2 or 3 is missing
