I really don't think it was 20mil, but it is unique that's for sure.

@orangeking11 : Haha, I found one on one of my mules too! I was so happy that I started my Pilfer collection and now I have them all!
@Butterring : Mr. Sandman won't give it again more than likely. It was a one-time-deal so I doubt they'll do it again.

I think it came from an event from a looooooong time ago. The one with Mr.Sandman and dream tickets.

Mush Shrine gach definitely used to give it, but I'm not sure if it still does. xD
