Does anyone know if incr. buff duration works with sacrosanctity?

Buff duration from skills, potentials, card sets, or inner abilities don't affect hyper skills.
% Buff Duration does not affect Hyper Skills
Since buff duration normally doesn't apply to hypers, I'm going to have to say no.
