Work dilema

Okay Basil, So I've been working at this small Mediterranean restaurant for quite a while now (1.5 years) as a part time job and I'm very chill with my boss and such. I came back to work for the summer after being at school all year and my boss is already planning to take a month vacation in Europe and leave the shop in my hands along with another new girl. Last year I did manage for 3 weeks alone in march when it was less busy and pulled through (had a small money incident and the CEO got involved) but yea...anyway it was very mentally/physically draining and i had emotional break downs here and there because of being over stressed. I know my boss is comfortable to leave knowing im caring for the shop since i know everything about the job, but I'm not ready to repeat history and am scared to let him down because i know he wont fire me, but instead just not go on his vacation and linger sadly around the shop. what do I do?

ask for more help, like employee wise

ask for a raise to compensate for your increased responsibilities and mental stress level; he can't possibly refuse. do it with one week before he goes on vacation.
