Name something you regret
I regret ever conforming to the society around me, I've learned that once you tell someone no or tell them something odd they will soon enough respect you for it. I want to be the different guy, the unique oddball really. My VP the other day in orientation said that it isn't nice to be different, to stand out. She made no sense, why the heck would you want to look like the person next to you. Irritates me, I can't believe I ever did the things I've done.

As cliche as it sounds, i regret giving a crap. There's a lot of people that never deserved my care or attention but I wasted it on them anyway out of blind loyalty. Lesson learned, though, so maybe not regretting it TOO much.

this. also not practicing/conditioning enough. i regret asking my physics teacher for a letter of rec... saw it after i sent my apps and it was absolute trash (spelled my name wrong multiple times, incorent sentences, nothing relevant, referred to me as 'she' consistently when i'm a guy...). Might've had a shot at the Ivy League but oh well.
