Of course not, we only give 1.5 maxed, what increases is the buff duration and exp won over levels, we never get hs to give us 2x

@Steven522 Buy scrolling service. Trade them your weapon + meso for something of equal value from them for collat, or something like that, while they scroll your weapon. If you feel lucky though you can hunt down those 50% one hand weapon for magic attack and/or 50% staff scrolls and use those instead. The 50% method is what I ended up doing with my emp wand since I was told the GM scrolls were deleted, but apparently they're not according to some people. I haven't been able to find anyone selling GM service though.

No idea about Beran prices, but if you can still find GM scrolls floating around, they're around 200-300m/each for a staff in Broa. Otherwise, if you plan to 20% it, it's probably going to take a while.
And playing a bishop doesn't make you girly! (: As for bagging girls ... haha idk!

I have a Lv80 Soul shooter with a 20% Boss line (unique), so I guess your shield could get some too.

Depends on the boss, in weak bosses like zakum (40% pdr) the effect is very little, but at chaos pink bean (180% pdr) or chaos root abyss bosses (300% pdr) then its quite noticeable, specially after the pdr system gets nerfed. Bishops have inherit 40% pdr, which is quite a lot. If you get leafre set and Lumi's link skill then you would only need a 18% neb to complete 100% and that would be enough for the time being, some updates later you might want to pump your pdr even further.

Does pdr work for increasing bishops damage? I mean is the difference a lot?

In the long run, for funded people, shields are better though a secondary is good if u are poor and can't scroll for magic attack.

Well, i did zakum with some old guildies months ago and i didn't got angel ray, then we tried hilla and i got angel ray in the 2nd try, you know, the skill is awesome and such, but really lacks vertical range
