You're better off doing gollux yourself and collecting the coins to get the ring and earrings.

Thanks for all the advice everyone! I got my faf wand to 257 m.att, and unless I get the feeling that it's not good enough I'm gonna stick with that until I can cube/ until they release more unique pot scrolls (I don't have enough attendance days.. and I'm way too afraid of being scammed lol )

Right now I'm having an incredibly hard time finding RA mage pants. There havent been any in the FM for a few days..

I saw a Hermes tyrant in the fm for 8xx mill but I didn't get it because I was short on cash at that moment and I wanted to focus on the wand.

Lastly, I found reinforced belt and pendant pretty cheap, but nobody sells clean earrings or rings :c

Rule #1:
Start with a weapon. This is the thing that decides your range the most.
Obviously, even with the perfect, most ultimate, best weapon in the game, you won't be nearly powerful enough to face most bosses, so afterwards you work on getting RA Set, and then gollux, and then tyrants.

Wer'e not expecting anyone to be able to get all this in one day, of course ^__^
but get your priority straight work for a weapon, get a good set of equips, slowly advance. That's how it works

priority should be weapon. so get faf wand (as staff is 2b) wand is for like 600m.
get ra set. pants might be a pain, cheapest around 1b. top around 20-30m, hat 100m?
get tyrant cape (i can sell u one for a bit lower than fm price) fm price is 1b (i could do 900-950m) or less if u provide psok
if i were u i would perfect staff while the anniversary is going. farm leaves and self scroll with prots+safety+10att/matt scrolls, u could then use more prots for enhances. use 5star ee + aee all with prot. (DON'T equip weapon until finishing scrolling).
for ra equips u could icog them the best u can or have them clean.
get them some nice pot (unique pot service could do) craft cubes for nicer pot.
that should definitely get you over 100k

for the rest of equips get what u can, and can afford. shield i would stick with secondary weap (unless u find a cheap vip shield which are rare).
shoes with %int will do (or empress), di gloves or hdi gloves would work (try getting some int% on them), i'll assume u have some rings already, and then u can continue from that. if u need anything more u can pm me.

@singaporean Thank you for the advice! Working on merching right now, 2 or 3b shouldn't be terribly hard at the rate I'm going, and my Bish is still 108 right now so I've got plenty of time.

idk how it is in chaos but you can get each cra piece for like 50m each i guess THEN get yourself a fafnir wand which should be fairly cheap. Maybe 350m? I've been out of the fm forever. That right there should be 500m. Get tyrant mage cape for ~500m or so too. Actually, mage pants are expensive... Might have to shell out 800m for one... but again, haven't checked in forever. Either way that's less than 1.5b total. Get reinforced set.

Whole thing should be around 1.5b, 2 max. I'd then get a vip mage shield and like... some int% emp gloves and emp shoe until you can affored tyrant shoes. Try and see if you can get % int on any of the items mentioned. You don't have to get % int on weapon though... If you're not a perfectionist, you can just toss scrolls on weapon and your pieces without a care and take the results as is. For the reinforced set, I suggest just doing gollux hard mode with friends or someone who can leech you so you can get coins OR just buy adv gollux service and have ppl scroll it for u.

RA seems to be pretty cheap right now (~15-20m for each piece depending on where you look?) so i'd go with that, tyrant if you can or empress if you can't and invest in a good weapon like emp staff or fafnir staff
