I'm wondering if this is a typo?
Pirate's Revenge: Chance to activate has been decreased. Duration has been decreased. Damage boost has been increased. There is a now a chance for the skill to reduce damage taken by 70%."
isn't supposed to reduce damage by 30%?

I think OP means the buffs seen in the first update of Black Heaven in KMS, which includes the OctoPunch, Pirate's Revenge and Unity buffs. The Mechanical Grave patch only contains the stance change to HP Boost.
Pretty much all skill changes from KMS's Black Heaven from act 1 to 6 will be included in the first patch. The reason it's not in the Update Highlights is because it's not considered as exciting for a highlight that summarizes the patch. The update notes will more than likely list the other skills changes, though.
It'll come when mechanical grave comes out.
So that's the end of the black heaven update.
