gym -periodization
im doing this assignment, and we need to create a periodization for a fictional client. i've done the macro cycle and the micro cycle, but im having trouble with the meso cycle. Can someone help me?
macro cycle: lose body fat, gain strength, work on power
my client is 5'10 and fat (180lbs aged 17) and his goals are to lose weight/gain muscles and to dunk in basketball
meso cycle: 4 week duration focused on strength.
Thanks

I was going to comment that there's also no point in cycling macros and then it fully hit how stupid everything in the OP was. I wanted to believe that I was misunderstanding something so I googled the terms and apparently macro/meso/micro just corresponds to periods of time, where macro is annual, micro is a one week period, and meso is something in between.
If your client is interested in strength, have them go on a powerlifting program or something involving basic compounds. Client will be displeased with results since it'll only be 4 weeks and nothing noticeable happens in 4 weeks but it's okay because your client doesn't exist and your teacher probably doesn't know any better.

um im not sure but somewhere along the lines of protein+lift=maximum gains
i'm not really sure what you are talking about so i will come up with something silly
u lift the thing and put the thing where the thing goes and lift it twenty times and you will have a thing that does things
