you can be less condescending and actually answer his question too, you have to realize autistic people don't know how to Google things so that's why they post their questions here.
Highest DPS when hitting cap (not including difficulty of funding) : Wild Hunter, Kaiser w/ Ryudes Sword, Night Walker, Bowmaster

This. Don't really judge a class by its rating out of four on the creation page. Mercedes attack is also 4/4 but their damage isn't that high in reality.

Funny you mention Beast Tamer. You would think i would be all for it, but sadly, our DPS isn't very high. Someone would be better off funding a character with 3/4 the funding, but 2x the DPS.

For unfunded go with zero, fp, dark knight, marksman, DA
With max funding: wild hunter, kaiser, bowmaster, phantom.

Zeroes actually have horrid dpm. they just have the number one spot due to their high dmg % in their skills. DPM charts only show 0 funded characters dealing damage. HPM or hits per minute/second are the ones you want to pay attention to.

Going off the character creation page, Zero, Beast Tamer, Hayato, Mercedes, Xenon, Dual Blade, and Pink Bean are 5/5 for attack. Pink Bean has 5 in Attack, Defense, AND Mobility with a difficulty of 1! That's so OP!
