Tots Level Up button
So I've used Tot's to jumpstart my way to 61 on about 8 characters now and I have never had a problem with utilizing the free level ups upon completing the recommended quests and reading/completing the know-how's to get the button to appear. I currently have it visible on my Demon Avenger, however when I press it I simply get [url=http://i.imgur.com/qsJ9NmP.png]the message at the top.[/url] The button does not register a level up nor does it disappear. It even [url=http://i.imgur.com/XzjCy9l.png]overlaps the replay tab[/url] which it never did before.
Has anyone else been experiencing trouble with the free level ups?

It worked for my DA, used it at level 47-50 though since i forgot it starts at 46

If you open up Tot's guide, you will see two buttons on the bottom left, one saying Recommended (quests) and one saying Know-How. Complete all of the quests/questlines and view/complete all of the know-how's and you will get a free level up button, assuming you are not beyond the "recommended level". It just pushes you up to the next level most of the time, though there are a few occasions, of note roughly level 54-60, where you can just view and complete the simple know-hows as there are no recommended quests, and you will jump right up a level. Press the help button at the top of Tot's window. It will explain it all.

If you complete the quests Tot recommends to you AND complete his Know-How quests for your level, Tot will give you an instant level. It's mostly used to get from 46-50 in like less than a minute, cause those are the 4 levels where it's easiest.

Came out ages ago. If you do the quests Tot wants and go through his tutorials you get free level.

Most likely. I have not been reading the smegas and have been re-logging so I can't look back.
