Spell Traces and Honor points
What are the recommended methods of obtaining spell traces (without buying them from the FM) and honor points?
I assume honor can only be obtained from the medals that drop from mobs and bosses, but if there is another way please tell me.
I noticed that the Silent Crusade shop sells spell traces at 100 traces/20 coins. Is this the easiest way to get traces?

Silent Crusade and Evolution Lab both sell spell traces for coins. But right now the boxes are a great way to farm them. You can get up to 1500 per character per day, and they add up pretty quickly.
