I have a crosair issue
My crossair that I do not use at all from years ago randomly had Legendary Inner Potential from the previous inner pot revamp I am guessing. The class is a waste of my time (and no available funding) but I really just want to lock + re-roll that legendary inner pot for something good, but its so expensive.
Should I do it and what to aim for? (% crit is my main guess)

Hyper skills aren't affected by % buff duration.
The only one that (possibly) gets affected it Asura.
