Ever had a Deja Vu moment?
They mostly occur in my dreams, like I would dream of taking a shower or doing some hw/chores. Then I wake up and think I already did it only to find my mom nagging me to do it
Another weird thing that happens to me, sometimes I feel like something is controlling my life, I'd just walk in a room for no particular reason or without knowing.

No. The theory or idea behind deja vu is that you dream of it prior to the event occurring. Whereas what I said is that when an event occurs, your short-term and long-term memories overlap there at that moment, so there was no beforehand prediction.

Deja vu's not real. It's the overlapping of short-term memory and long-term memory. You never actually experienced the action in a dream, but your brain made you think that you did. Fun facts.
