Inner Ability Honor Exp Vs. Miracle Circulators
Hello;
So I'm aware that Miracle Circulators cannot drop your inner ability tier and that you can't lock in a specific line.
Is that the only difference between these two?
Do they both have the same success rate of going to the next potential?

Yes, its better to use just honor exp, however one u obtained legendary IA, your supposed to use the miracle Circ's till u get a good pot, then u use the honor exp to get a 2nd good line
Miracle circs are kind of bad since I don't think you can lock a line when you get something good. Not to mention they cost 1.4k nx right now per try which is still pricey given if you patiently collect honor exp its entirely free..
Miracle Circulators are only really worth it once you've already obtained Legendary tier on your IA.
I believe miracle circulators have a higher chance to tier up.
