ok i get u, u mean that event long ago.
after that, there was so many farming that nexon was mad and decided to make every attendance since then 1 per acc only.
idk if 1 per world, or 1 per acc but yea if u not in merged servers it doesnt matter.
@DrkMace The above have told you already. You can claim it on any character once. Once you claim that reward you cannot claim the same reward.

OT: Special Potential Scroll is just a regular potential scroll with 100% success rate, and is time limited for 2 days
The uni pot summer attendance is an old attendance about 2 summers ago.

Where does it end in uni pot. I read all 28 days that I saw and it ended with traces or something

You can complete attendance days on any character, but the rewards can only be redeemed once. For example, you can redeem day 1's reward once on one character and day 2's reward on another.
It's like any other attendance.
Kill 300 on any character, claim on any character.
Which event are you specifically stating?
