What was the dumbest thing you ever did on maplestory?
mine was when i was a noob (lv.10-20) these guys gave me 40k to go to mu lung and train there and i couldnt leave mu lung because i had no money because i used it for pots.

Dumped AP points in HP because I was dying all the time as a mage and didn't understand the point of Magic Guard. It wasn't until the mid 40's did my friend explain it to me (after laughing of course).

4 years ago I kept dying while training a lv 15 character because I thought you couple only click potions in inventory to heal....
and then someone enlightened me to the existence of hotkeys.
Sold my ilbis on accident while trying to recharge them. This was probably like 6+ years ago back when ilbis were the best stars.

Got banned when there mass productions of nebs and AEE No Booms. I had like over 1000+ of them since they were 1m each.
DGing on ch 1 at hene pot shop while there was item vac noobs.
Spent so much $$ on NX and MTS when it was out back then. I just realised few days beofre i couldve got 1.5m+ range by now...

Str mage was the fad back in the days
At level 2x on my mage(Pre-4th Job) I got tired of training so my friend and I decided to go exploring. We somehow made it down Orbis tower and into El Nath with the help of a priest(Heal). Then the Priest had to leave and I friend and I had no potions or mesos and we couldn't get back up to Orbis because we kept dying! In the end we decided to give up and just make new characters lmao.

Lol don't feel bad. My first Crusader made it to Level 101. I think I had 140 dex, dumped about 1/3 of my STR SP into MP because I was tired of wasting so many pots when I was training.

Back before the unleashed patch, I spent over 5b mesos on nx return scrolls to scroll a 22 atk empress bowman hat.
Was the dumbest thing I did because back then, 5b was almost all I had in spare mesos at the time. Slowed me down massively.
When I first started playing maplestory (2006), I would put stats into HP/MP, LUK, INT, DEX, and STR even though I was a Warrior thinking that I needed to be all around for my skills/range.
Spent NX on the game, worse DECISION EVER >.< >.< >.< >.<
