If you're in your room, move to a different area to do your business. Your room is where most of your distractions are.

I do things better when I'm in a rush.
I wouldn't be the best person to be telling you to stop.
I would just say, "Keep on truckin'."

Motivation and encouragement are only fleeting moments in time that eventually waver
Determination and will is the key if you intend on gaining the upper-hand on the monstrosity that is procrastination
Just do it and the rest will flow through

None of us here have the power to slap you in the face and shove you onto the floor - as you probably guessed.
However, what we can do is tell you that you can relieve your stress from procrastination by telling you that you can make plans about your homework / studying where you decide that each day (or at some certain hours, in case you don't have much time) you will study about this topic or do this bit of homework so instead of having to do all of it at once you will have some of it left for the end (which not only relieves your stress, but also increases the probability of finishing your homework / studying in time rather than only getting halfway through them) and that might improve your grades. [I am assuming you are refering to school, in case you're refering to work then a similiar strategy applies - divide your work into seperate pieces of time and you'll manage to get them done with less stress, having a higher probability of finishing them in time and probably increasing their quality due to the lack of stress.]
