Respect my pronouns
So we had this person come in before our lecture today to talk about the LGBT community at our University and a list of things to call people like him, her, they, and xer.
Have you met a single person that wanted to be called Xer or Xe Basil?

I have a friend that is gender fluid. I think it's just as confusing for me as it is for them. I just refer to them by their name or they or their. I think the new pronouns kinda suck. A linguist needs to come up with them, not teens on tumblr...

I remember when meeting a butch les was so much easier.
Look, there is obviously a gender the transgender person wants to be so it would be best to call them by whatever it is. Xer? Like what is that even supposed to be? I have no gender! Uh yeah you do.
