perhaps, nexon's way of getting ready for 5th job?

Yes. Because phantom was the only job that needed balancing for 5th job to become a reality. All of the other jobs were fine, they were just nerfed to disguise the ever important nerf to phantoms
Or maybe it's because Phantom had some issues that needed tweaking in order to better balance the class with the other Maple Story classes... which is [b]what they explained originally the point of this revamp[/b].
Ugh... kids.
Yup, that's totally it. Or not, since Maplers have been saying the same thing about every nerf (of every class that has been nerfed) since we first heard about this supposed-to-be 5th job.
