I just recently hit 145 and after Dimensional PQ most people do bosses
So what bosses should I do and does bossing give a lot of exp?
My range is at 37k

So what bosses should I do and does bossing give a lot of exp?

Try to up your range a bit more and you should be golden. A full Raven Horn Set (pretty cheap) will yield 30% boss dmg from effect + should give you a nice boost in range if you Spell Trace it.
You can also do body guards A and B. your range is pretty low but you can kill them since there is no time limit
If you have someone stronger to party with, you can probably do daily RA runs as well.
Honestly you should level up and improve your gear. Think about bossing when you hit 100k range. Until then just do Easy HT and Normal Zakum.

You could probably do normal Zakum, normal Hilla, easy Horntail, and possibly Ranmaru (will take some time though).
