Char stuck in friendstory?
heyo, im sorry if this is the wrong section to post in, i just joined basil
so my (burning) demon slayer has been stuck in what seems forever a black screen of death when i tried to do friendstory like when i log into my demon slayer its literally just a black screen and i cant escape it
im really stuck and im not quite sure what to do, any suggestions? my demon slayer is lvl 70 atm and id really like to get the frozen equips before the next update comes

you can also try Star Planet, hopefully when you exit you can be in a town, not Friendstory
@billy61: As far as I've seen, players posting in the Stuck Characters board are fixed by the next day. The reason the board exists is for quick response, and I believe the only time it takes longer is when the reason they are stuck is from a new cause. Support staff are allowed to log into characters, so they don't have to wait for maintenance to move characters around.
characters get unstuck during a patch or Unscheduled maintenance

thank you so much, I'll try doing that hopefully i'll be able to free my demon slayer before the next update arrives
go to the main forums for the game, in the website. There should be a section for "stuck players", type a thread in there explaining everything and the GM's should move you out.

just did this and im still trapped in the cut-scene glitch of doom thank you for the advice though!
